As New Year ’s Eve is only a day away, I’m seeing many
people, friends included, doing their last minute shopping. I’m getting calls like, “I want something
simple, that won’t cost a fortune and I can reuse. But something that still looks appropriate for
New Year’s Eve. So what is my
solution!? Well I’ll tell you! Stick to
finding a sexy, yet mommy appropriate black dress and grab yourself a pair of
these!

way to jazz up any outfit. They come

as heel heights. If you’re not a typical
heel wearer then I would opt for a cheaper pair just to get you through the

How to wear them?
Remember, this should be the statement piece so hopefully the dress you
have is sleek, sexy, with very little detail.
You want the shoes to be the accent piece. If you’re going to do a silver glitter or
gold, stick to matching accessories, and remember you’re a person not a Christmas
tree, less is more. Stick to one top to
bottom. Meaning: an earring, and
bracelet and a cocktail ring, or maybe a necklace, a cuff and some bangles. The purse can be a neutral or complimentary
color, but again, details should be simple and compliment the look with
balance, not overwhelm the eye.

If you’re going to do a colored glitter, stick to crystal
jewelry or again gold or silver. If you
match red glitter, with red accessories it gets to matchy matchy. Instead compliment the color with a matching
