It's nice to hear the voice behind the blog! Good luck - sorry to hear you fell off the wagon - I had a similar issue last night with chocolate!
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed hearing my voice. I always think that I sound funny on these things. As for the Chocolate...Tis the season! LOL
DeleteSeems really interesting! I'll go take a look at their site. I'm back running, which seems to really make a difference for me, and then I just eat lots of salads;) Girl food, right;)
ReplyDeleteAfter working 15 hour days for 60 days I actually miss the gym. LOL I have been trying to stick with whole foods. I am convinced that I didn't get sick after our rush time because of my green smoothies every morning and my working on eating whole foods and lots of veggies. Problem came when I added cakes, pies and candy to my diet.
DeleteYay so nice to see you! The face behind the blog! I am watching what I eat, doing the insane workout each night!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work!Nice to be seen.
DeleteIt's not easy on the weight lost regime and I too have fallen off a couple of times this year. Hope that it will be better for you after the festive season. Lets try again together!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Dominique! If I can just stay away form the lechon and lumpia I should be ok. It is just hard not to eat it during the holidays. I am happy to have so many people pulling for me. :)
DeleteWell hello there! I, too, have fallen off the fitness wagon lately, haven't worked out in weeks. And it's so easy to find excuses this time of year, with all kinds of errands to run and things to do for the holidays.
