Review-
I love medical mysteries. You know the kind where the guys in the lab are trying to find a cure for something but it goes horribly wrong and only science can save the human race. This isn't one of those stories. Well it is and it isn't. In this stories the scientist DO unleash something that threatens the human race but the scientist isn't the only one who saves the human race.
The scientists create the the "virus" that turns people into zombies but its the vampires who come to save the day. Strictly for selfish reasons of course. I mean we can't have the vampires loose their entire food source now can we. There is a lot of action in this book which I LOVE. I also love that they didn't junk up the story with some gratuitous sex. So many writers now think its obligatory to have if you want to be a best seller. The truth is that this is a well told story so any other gimicks are unnecessary.
I was a little disappointed that the book is continued in the next book, but with the story the way it is it was really a good read. Perfect for a rainy Saturday. I recommend this book wholeheartedly.
