It time to Face the Facts...

At least the Facts of Life Star Lisa Whelchel's Everyday Workout for the Everyday Woman. Ok now come on, you can look at a new work out video. I promise it won't bite. This is   the first workout DVD from the popular Facts of Life star, Survivor runner-up, author, and mom of three.  With the help of
her trainer, Lisa leads two inspiring and accessible total-body workouts geared towards beginners with a friendly, encouraging vibe and modifications for ALL levels plus useful personal training tips. Lisa starred as Blair Warner on The Facts of Life (1979-1988), and, in 2012, she tied for second place and was voted fan favorite on Survivor: Philippines. In December, she co-stars in Tyler Perry’s A Madea Christmas. 

As Lisa says, “I’m an everyday woman when it comes to fitness. I know exercise is key for my health and well-being, but I don’t always enjoy doing it. And as a busy working mom, I have a hard time fitting workouts into my schedule. But I’ve learned that having fun with exercise can make all the difference. So I’ve teamed up with trainer Janice Clark to demonstrate two safe, sane, and effective workouts for women of all shapes and sizes. Two more friends join us so we can show three options for each move: beginner (and those with physical limitations), a step up, and challenging.
