I am the first to admit that I have a reading addiction. I am never happy if there is not at least one book going at all times. I picked this book up to read and found myself sucked into a story where the romance is not easy and the hearts have been broken for a long time. I was really intrigued by the characters and how they interacted, especially the character of Marilyn.
I also enjoyed that fact that this is a christian author, shows the characters living their faith, instead of trying to sermonize in the story. A powerful story of healing and redemption.
