Paired with fennel poached prawn, farro risotto, and herb coulis.
Red Howes
A black stout that displays a creamy beige head and features cocoa, coffee, and berry aromas with flavors of dried fruit and bitter chocolate and a dry, lingering finish.
Paired with Fresno chili pork loin, chilled soba noodle salad, and cranberry cilantro pesto.
Allagash Saison
Golden-hued interpretation of a classic Belgian farmhouse style, exhibits notes of spice and tropical fruit in the aroma, while citrus and a peppery spice dominate the flavor and make way for a pleasant malt character.

Midnight Brett
Chocolate brown in color, has the aroma and flavor of fresh berries and sour cherries while spotlighting a slightly roasted, tart, fruity, and very drinkable character.
Paired with house made goat cheese ice cream, sour cherry compote, and bitter chocolate tuile.
“Allagash rarely makes an appearance on the west coast,” notes says John Lindquist, General Manager of Tam O’Shanter. “We are especially excited to host this special event featuring their incredible beers. The guests will leave with an unforgettable experience and an insider’s knowledge about one of the country’s most highly regarded breweries.”
